Children’s Crisis Center of Stanislaus

A private, nonprofit, child abuse prevention and intervention program serving all of Stanislaus County. We currently have five shelters located in: Modesto CA, Turlock CA, Oakdale CA and Ceres CA.  The Center provides 24-hour emergency shelter and childcare services to children from birth to 17 years of age.

Davis Guest Home

Davis Guest Home is designed as a residential care facility offering a broad range of services to residents requiring a structured environment due to mental health challenges. Our structured environment within a non-restrictive, supervised program focuses on each resident’s specific needs and interests.

Drug Court

First Step Perinatal Program

The goal of the program is to assist women in maintaining drug and alcohol free lifestyles and to develop positive parenting skills. Clients learn to identify and implement healthy interpersonal relationships and provide safe, sober, and nurturing home environments for themselves and their children.

Geneva Presbyterian Church

We strive to develop fully alive followers of Christ by continuing to mature our faith through learning, teaching, modeling and sharing God’s love with others.

Haven Women’s Center of Stanislaus

Promote safety and healing for women and children impacted by domestic or sexual violence. Dedicated to a non-judgmental, holistic, client centered approach through advocacy, education and supportive services.

Ice Cream Company

We are currently working in collaboration with Ice Cream Company for job placement for our clients who are currently residing in graduate housing.  Ice Cream Company has recently taken on a non-profit status and is hiring clients from several different community programs within Stanislaus County to help support the community and those that are in need of getting back on their feet.  Clients are met with by current Redwood Family Center clean and sober living facilities case managers and administrative support to assess the clients needs and readiness for placement in a work setting. Client is able to use this placement towards welfare to work hours while continuing to live in Redwood Family Center graduate housing.    

Modesto Christian Reformed Church

It is our goal that every visitor to our church feels included and loved as part of the family of God. We have ministries to help individuals build relationships, feel a sense of belonging, and create a community which is pleasing to our Heavenly Father.

Omega Nu

Known as a sisterhood of friends, one of the main purposes of Omega Nu is to meet the needs of our local community.  This service is accomplished by the donation of time by the membership in raising chapter funds to be used for diversified programs throughout the community.

Plant a Seed

The mission of Plant a Seed Inspire a Dream Foundation is to provide children from low income families, between the ages of 10 and 18, with the opportunity to pursue their passions while interacting with positive role models. Our objective is to enhance life experiences and keep children involved in productive activities by offering scholarships to programs that support their interests.

Safe Harbor

Telecare Corporation

We provide recovery-focused services for persons with mental illness and complex needs.

Turning Point

We provide psychiatric services, support and advocacy for people working to overcome the effects of mental illness.

Youth for Christ

YFC reaches young people everywhere, working together with the local church and other like-minded partners to raise up lifelong followers of Jesus.

Behavioral Health and Recovery Services (BHRS)

Integrated mental health services for adults with a serious mental illness and children and youth with a serious emotional disturbance. BHRS also provides outpatient, residential alcohol and drug treatment and prevention services and serves as Stanislaus County’s Public Guardian.

Provides treatment and aftercare services to individuals who are court ordered to treatment and on probation.

Stanislaus Recovery Center

Services offered at this site, include adult residential, intensive and outpatient services, adolescent, and perinatal programs. SRC is an intricate piece in the continuum of care in Stanislaus County's Behavioral Health & Recovery Services.
